Welsh Rarebit

cheddar cheese - grated |
| 1 cup |
milk |
| as needed |
beer |
| 3 Tbl |
flour |
| 3 Tbl |
butter |
| 1/4 tsp |
salt |
| 1/4 tsp |
pepper |
| 1/4 tsp |
dry mustard |
| 1 tsp |
Worchestershire sauce |
- Make white sauce with flour, butter, salt,
pepper, mustard, Worchestershire, milk.
- Stir in grated cheese, handful at a time and let melt.
- Thin with beer to pourable consistency.
- Serve on toast.
- MUST serve with peas.
